RATES
- Rates for Bear Valley Cottage are based on double occupancy and range from $260/night up to $4/night depending on the season and date.
- There is an additional charge of $25/person per/night for additional all guests staying in the cottage, (up to 4 people can stay in the cottage). Babies under the age of two are free.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Full payment required for securing the cottage. 15% (14% occupancy tax and 1% Marin County Visitor Bureau fee) not included in listed room rates.
- Cancellations with more than 14 days notice are refundable less $25 charge (holidays excluded).
- Cancellations with less than 14 days notice or for holiday weekends forfeit entire payment unless cottage is let.
- Please Note
- Cottage charges are based on double occupancy. There is a $25/night charge for each additional guest, up to four.
- Check in is “self-check in,” we send you a code for the lock box, and check out is 11 AM.
- The Bear Valley Cottage does not permit pets, service animals excepted.
- Please let us know if we can assist you in booking a massage, outdoor adventure or dinner reservation.
- Bear Valley Cottage has wireless internet for those who wish to stay connected to the outside world. B.Y.O.D (Bring your own device).
- There is spotty cell phone service here.
